Here's what you can expect when you order one of our delectable feasts:

• Seating: Upon arrival, you will be seated at a table with a smokeless personal grill for an intimate dining experience. Our staff will provide you with a menu featuring only the finest cuts of meat.
• Side Dishes: Enhance your dining experience with our banchan option, which includes 3-8 fresh, seasonal sides such as our signature Zaya salad, kimchi, and other freshly prepared cold vegetable salads, all served in unlimited portions to perfectly complement your meal.
• Grilling: Once you've made your selections, our dedicated servers will bring your raw meat selections to the table and grill them to perfection, using tongs to expertly prepare each bite. Your grilled meats will be cut into bite-sized pieces and presented in small bowls, passed around to each member of your party who ordered the feast.
• Eating: Savor each bite of your meal using chopsticks or forks. Cutlery choice selection is up to you our guest.

Zaya is a unique name that was chosen as a shortened version of the word Isaiah. The year 1943 was chosen as part of our name from the Bible verse Isaiah 43:19.

Zaya Korean Steakhouse combines a fine-dining steakhouse with Korean BBQ elements. As a result, our guests experience a fine dining atmosphere while they enjoy premium quality cuts of beef cooked by our servers over a smokeless grill. Every guest is treated with the utmost care in a dimly lit, romantic atmosphere accompanied by excellent service.

We kindly request that our guests dress in a manner befitting of the fine-dining experience we offer. A dress code is not enforced but is encouraged.

We offer free parking in front of our building at 300 Cherokee Blvd, Suite 125, Chattanooga, TN.

We strive to provide an exceptional dining experience that encompasses both exquisite cuisine and a luxurious atmosphere. As such, we currently offer only dine-in service, as we want our guests to fully savor the unique environment and ambiance we've created for their enjoyment.

Reservations are not required but are strongly recommended on Friday and Saturday nights.
